How to Replace Capacitor damage Rule must the same uf and the same or higher Volt – YouTube
The voltage on both capacitors is 370V, 50/60Hz, 12.5uF. It’s also longer than the original capacitor. Current capacitor: genteq 27L572Bz3 New capacitor: CR12.5×370. I believe the capacitor for my blower motor gave out last night and I won’t be able to fix it until Tuesday unless this works, even if it’s temporary.

Table of Contents Like a few other devices, it is possible to use a ceiling fan capacitor with a higher uF. You may want to remember that using a higher uF for a ceiling fan would change the speed of the fan. Additionally, while you can use a Higher uF rating for ceiling fan capacitance, the other ratings should stay the same.

Yes, you can pick a higher voltage without problems. but getting the better quality 105 °C rated one as the others ones are 85 °C rated. Again, yes, 105°C will last longer. HOWEVER: These caps are most likely at the output of a switching power supply (please check). In this case, you will have to use low-ESR (or low-Z) models rated for this use.
